چکیده
Alginate gels are extensively tested in biomedical applications for tissue regeneration and engineering. In this regard, the modification of alginate solutions with dispersed magnetic particles gives extra options to control rheo-elastic properties both fluidic gel forms alginate. Rheological suspensions based on Na-alginate water solution embedded were studied respect interfacial adhesion polymer surface particles. Particles magnetite (Fe3O4), metallic iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), a deposited carbon layer (Ni@C) taken into consideration. Storage modulus, loss shift angle between stress strain characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis oscillatory mode. The intensity molecular interactions was enthalpy which determined from calorimetric measurements using thermodynamic cycle. Strong interaction at resulted dominance “fluidic” rheological properties: prevalence modulus over storage high value angle. Meanwhile, poor favored “elastic” gel-like low values

متن کاملLead Ion Uptake By Sodium Alginate And Calcium Alginate Film: A Comparison Study
Lead ion (Pb(II)) uptake from aqueous solution by two different alginate compounds was investigated. Sodium alginate (Na-Alg) and calcium alginate (Ca-Alg) films were successfully fabricated from the commercially available sodium alginate powder. The Pb(II) uptake performance by Na-Alg and CaAlg films was evaluated against time in a 10 mM Pb(II) solution’s batch sorption system. Ca-Alg film was...

متن کاملCharacteristics of vitamin C immobilized particles and sodium alginate beads containing immobilized particles.
This paper reports the properties of vitamin C encapsulated sodium alginate beads prepared by an alternative approach. The alternative encapsulation process mainly involves immobilization of vitamin C in hydrated zinc oxide layers and encapsulation of prepared immobilized particles in sodium alginate bead. The immobilization of vitamin C in hydrated zinc oxide layers was achieved by a coprecipi...

Department of Applied Physics, University of Fukui, Bunkyo 3-9-1, Fukui, 910-8507 Japan Abstract Sodium alginate solution, being viscous hydrocolloid, was examined voltammetrically in the context of viscous effects by use of a ferrocenyl compound as a redox probe. Voltammograms were almost independent of concentrations of sodium alginate even in a solid-like state. Diffusion coefficients of the...
